The location here is excellent with a shopping mall nearby and a nice restaurant within walking distance.

We spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and had a great time. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of dishes and the restaurant staff were friendly. The pool area was a great place to relax and had plenty of seating options. Located on a busy street, it made it easy to find convenience stores, restaurants and gift shops.

Although the room had a nice decor, the bathroom was small and cramped. The toiletries could have been of better quality, and the towels were not replaced as frequently as we would have liked.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at a hotel on Avenida Uno, which was in a great location near the city center and the port of Veracruz. the hotel was situated on a steep slope, which provided a beautiful view of the surrounding scenery. the room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruit, yogurt, and cereals. the pool was a nice feature that provided a refreshing escape from the heat.

The internet was slow, but that was a minor inconvenience compared to all of the other wonderful amenities the hotel offered.

They accommodated our request for a vegan breakfast and were very knowledgeable about the menu options. The rooms were beautifully designed, with real wood furniture and all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated the nice beds and the excellent air conditioning. the service, location, and facilities made our stay here exceptional.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The garden and pool were a beautiful oasis, and the restaurant offered excellent daily specials on food and drink. I appreciated the free underground parking and the friendly and helpful staff. Additionally, this hotel was very clean, which is always a priority for me when I travel.

No negatives from this place.

The breakfast buffet and grounds were great. We also appreciated the kind staff who gave us access to a charming river-walk. the location was excellent too, with plenty of things to do nearby.

The room could have been cleaner and the ants in the bathroom were a bit bothersome. for the price paid, it was still a decent place to stay for a short trip.
